I went in looking for frames and ended up spending longer than I expected just trying different ones on. They had a good mix of shapes and colors, so there was a lot to go through. A few of them did start to feel kind of the same after a while, but overall the variety was solid and it was easy enough to browse around.

i mean, I’ve had my Vint & York frames for close to a year now, and they’ve held up way better than I expected. I’m not exactly gentle with my glasses either — they get tossed into my bag all the time, and somehow there are still no loose arms or weird bending.

They still feel solid and look pretty much like they did when I first got them. I’m genuinely happy with how durable they’ve been

I used the virtual try-on before ordering, it looked convincing at first. The frames seemed like they fit my face well in the preview, so I figured I was making a safe choice.

But when the glasses showed up, they were way wider than expected and the shape just didn’t look the same on me at all. Maybe I should’ve known it wouldn’t be perfect, but still, it was kind of ridiculous how different they looked.

I reached out to customer service and they basically said the try-on is only meant as a guide, which is fair, I guess? But also, why make it look so accurate if it’s not even close? Now I’m stuck dealing with a return, and it feels like a waste of time...

I wouldn’t say the prices are exactly cheap, but when I got the frames, I was like, okay, I kind of get it. The designs are really nice, and the quality feels solid so far. I kept thinking, if these go on sale, I’d definitely come back and grab another pair.

Shipping did take a little longer than I was hoping, but it’s fine, totally fine, I’m clearly very patient. Customer service got back to me quickly when I had a question, so that helped. I’d probably order again, I just wish the delivery updates were a little clearer so I wasn’t casually refreshing the tracking like a completely relaxed person.

They replied the same day and were actually helpful. It wasn't one of those endless back-and-forth situations, which I really appreciated, and their answer was clear enough to sort out my issue.
I'm giving 4 stars because I did have to follow up once, but overall, I'd say their customer service was good

I don’t know, the whole site just felt annoying to use. Pages were loading slower than I expected, and the filters kept resetting on me, which got old fast. I did finally find the glasses I wanted, but even checkout felt a bit clunky. Not the worst experience ever, but it definitely left me irritated.

I do like the frames, but the ordering process on vintandyork.com was literally more annoying than I expected. The site was moving slow for me, and I ended up having to re-enter some of my info at checkout, which was frustrating. The prescription upload part also wasn’t super clear, so I wasn’t totally sure if it actually went through the right way. I did get the order placed in the end, but it took longer than it should have. Not a terrible experience, just not as smooth as I hoped.

I thought these frames looked way more stylish online, but once I got them in person they felt kinda bulky on my face. The retro look is Cute, just a little too much for me, and they weren’t very flattering. not a bad idea, just Not my style...

The store was simple to browse, the frames looked even better in person, and I ended up leaving with a pair I actually feel good wearing. I’d definitely go back.
